PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment Policy

A 50% deposit is required once we have confirmed you reservation.

The balance of 50% is required prior to 7 days of your arrival date.

If your reservation is for within the next 7 days full payment is required once we have confirmed your reservation.


Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing (fax, e-mail or SMS).

If a cancellation is made:

  • 14 or more days prior to arrival: FULL refund.
  • 14 - 7 days: 50% refund. However if we are able to fill the
    accommodation that was booked for you, we will refund for the days filled.
  • 7 - 1 days before arrival: NO refund. However if we are able to fill the
    accommodation that was booked for you we will refund for the days filled.
  • No shows will be charged the full value of the reservation.

 

Credit Card payments

In the event of a refund, a 10% administration fee of the amount paid will be retained for cancellations received after the card has been charged.
